Live Telecast of Mother Teresa’s Funeral for BBC, EBU & ZDF German Television.

Sustainable Event Management.

We are a sustainable event management firm. We produce events with particular concern for environmental, economic and social issues. Sustainability in event management incorporates socially and environmentally responsible decision making into the planning, organisation and implementation of, and participation in, an event. We involve sustainable development principles and practices in all levels of event organisation, and aim to ensure that an event is hosted responsibly. We represent the total package of interventions at an event, and needs to be done in an integrated manner. With us event greening starts at the inception of the project, and  involves all the key role players, such as clients, organisers, venues, sub-contractors and suppliers.

We apply our skill of project management to the creation and development of large-scale events such as festivals, conferences, ceremonies, weddings, formal parties, concerts, or conventions. We study the brand, identify its target audience, devise the event concept, and coordinate the technical aspects before actually launching the event.

We have produced and managed mega events like live telecast of Mother Teresa’s Funeral for BBC, EBU and ZDF German Television (1997), National Convention of Radio Operators (2017), Regional Conclave of United Nation Global Compact (2013) etc.

We undertake events of all sizes from the International Conventions down to business breakfast meetings, marriages and birthdays.
